I had this installed on my machine but it didn't work so I have uninstalled it. My version of Visual Studio is 2017. Does this have the equivalent Shell in it? If so, how do I start it? If not, what should I be using?

The Shell project has not supported in VS 2017, but the Visual Studio Product Team are planning to add this back in a future servicing release.
