I have VS2012 with Blend and when I open the Blend application not VS2012! it only shows options to create windows application in HTML and XAML. No option to create silverlight apps which is what I need and as I see was possible in Blend Expression 4. Whats the problem?

Let not forget that I have the newest Silverlight installed as well.

The ability to work with WPF/SL projects was not present in the RTM version of Blend for VS 2012. Fortunately, VS 2012 update 2 was just released and that does include the support to work with WPF/SL projects. If you update VS to the update 2 version, it should work.
