This is expected. The only way to ensure consistency between recorded and live is to start the recording with the sensor covered. That way the state of live and recorded will be in sync with the same data the "primes" the body tracking pipeline.

Body/Skeletal tracking is stateful so if you don’t feed it exactly the same the values can be different each time. If you are using different machines for recording and playback, that may also affect timing and how the data is processed.
