I have similar issue in one of the project. To fulfill this requirement, I have added datetime stamp to order forms & line items. By default the value is null or any changes to the record we are making this field to null. BizTalk will load only the records which are null & once processed BizTalk will update this field with timestamp so that it is not processed again.
