与Office 365 Exchange联机和Outlook冲突太多

Hi Cindy,

OK, our Exchange online email accounts were recently migrated to Office 365 online and now Outlook gets utterly confused and will just stop syncing your account.

What I have seen -

Outlook 2010 is hooked up to Office 365 Exchange account (call it Bret)

User logs on to mail.outlook.com with a different account than what Outlook was using (call it Cindy).  Outlook will now silently fail to download email to the Bret account and will constantly say it is updating the folder.

Only way to fix it, log in to mail.outlook.com with the Bret account... everything starts working again.

Second situation -

You have 2 Office 365 exchange accounts (one for work... call it WORK, and one for home under a different domain... call it HOME)

If you put them in the same profile, they seem to constantly fight with one another, you never get prompted for credentials, but what you end up seeing is each account going in and out of "Connected to Microsoft Exchange" and "Trying to connect".  Both emails accounts end up with delays in downloading and sending.  Other activies like opening your calendar take forever.

Is there a way to fix either of these issues?  It is a shame that these scenarios work great on my phone, but good old Outlook gets tripped up.

The work and home scenario is particularly worrisome.  Why can't outlook keep the credentials straight and just use what it is suppose to.

Cindy
