专家的回应非常差.....

problem is that when i create setup of my windows application in c# with access as database it shows operation must use updateable query on each update and insert operation.After that i did one thing i Changed permissions of the folder where Access database file resides in program files then it works fine. now the problem is that for each computer where i want to install my project i need to change folder permissions.
Thanks in Advance and one more thing plz give stepwise and eloborate answer i am new to this.
