I found that the problem is on the <div class="clear hideSkiplink"> located at the master page. Just change the <div class="clear hideSkiplink"> to <div class="clear2 hideSkiplink"> and do the proper with the css you are using the .clear class and change it to clear2 and that fix the problem.
