screen and says windows installer is preparing to install. There is a
back next and cancel button on the screen at the bottom. The next and

If I click cancel it prompts are you sure. If I say yes the install
dialog stays. I have to go into task manager to remove the dialog.
However it leaves a background process running and I can''t start to
attempt the install again until I reboot. Each time the install stops
at the same place.

I have tried to install from a directory and burning it to a disk and
redownloading the install. All end in the same issue.

I''m not sure there is enough info here to diagnose the problem. Your best
bet is to run the setup in trace mode (which I don''t remember how offhand
