***的问候,

Michael Han

Good day

I have a permission issue that only occurs on one of my Sub Sites.

   1. When user submits a browser enabled InfoPath form to the Library the user receives the following error message.

"The form cannot be submitted to the specified SharePoint list or document library.  The SharePoint location may be read-only or you may not have permissions to access it."

The solution has been working for over a year and the issue suddenly arose.

   2. Users are unable to manually run newly created workflows.

Attempted Troubleshooting -

  1. I have granted the user and groups full access to the library and site.
  2. Deleted unique permissions on the library to inherent the Site permissions.
  3. Deleted unique permissions on the Site to inherit parent top level site permissions.
  4. Checked the permissions for workflow task /history lists.
  5. Opened "SharePoint 2013 Central Administration", click "Monitoring", click "Review job definitions" in the "Timer Jobs" section, selected "Refresh Trusted Security Token Services Metadata Feed" timer job and click "Run Now", then did an IISReset.
  6. Restarted the server

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Regards
