我也遇到了与快速USB记忆棒同步的问题。
我最近从Synctoy 2 beta升级到Synctoy 2.0。我删除了所有synctoy同步文件&然后设置文件夹对&第一次跑了。它将持续约40分钟（远远超过正常值）&似乎每次都挂在同一个地方......一旦我让它运行超过一个小时&当我回来时，它已经移动到另一个文件夹...所以即使我认为它已经锁定，它只是非常慢。它似乎窒息的文件夹在相当多的子文件夹中有数千个小文件 - 所以它似乎是导致我的问题的文件/文件夹的数量。
我删除了主要的cuplrit文件夹&虽然它确实有效（大约14,000个文件= 1.5 GB），但它花了一个多小时，而之前只用了大约20-30分钟。

I use SyncToy to backup a small office file server. I use two external drives on a rotational basis and have two pairs defined, one for each drive. I configured the action to 'contribute', so I would never lose a file even after deletion from the server. The usual run time for the backup has typically been well under 2 minutes.
I too am having the same issues syncing to my fast USB stick.
I recently upgraded from Synctoy 2 beta to Synctoy 2.0. I deleted all the synctoy sync files & then setup the folder pair & ran it for the first time. It would run for about 40 mins (far longer than normal) & appeared to be hanging in the same spot every time... Once though I let it run for over an hour & when I came back it had moved on to another folder... so even though I thought it had locked up, it was only extremely slow. The folder it seems to choke on has thousands of small files in quite a few sub-folders - so it seems it's the number of files/folders that's causing my issue.

I'm still searching for a solution...
