There is no issue (known) whatsoever with download of the attachments from articles.

All you need is to be logged in, in order to download it. Steps:
1. Login
2. Open the article
3. Click the downlaod link
4. It will prompt to save a zipped file


Alternatively, there is a ''Browse Code'' tab that can be used to copy-paste the code if needed.
