Based on my understanding, I think  VisualStudio1 to VisualStudioX [X is a number] in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARES\Microsoft\VisualStudio\9.0\MSBuild\SafeImports , is installed with .NET Framework.If you don't find these in above path, I think you don't installed .NET Framework correctly, could you please check it?
