ping: icmp open socket: Operation not permitted

我的根Android手机之后 - PING插座发生错误，我通过设置平的文件权限解决了问题，下面给出：

After Root my android mobile - PING socket error occured and I solved the issue by setting "ping" file permission as given below:

           Read Write Execute

Others      Y  -  N  -   Y
