From your description, this exception seems to be related with the C++, if so, i suggest you could post this issue to the C++ forum and i notice that this issue is caused by the upgradation of Visual Studio, you could aslo ask it on the Visual Studio forum to confirm if the VS2013 has some changes compared with VS2008.
