2009, the OX year . Maybe we need appreciate our ancestor who they did not devise BEAR year,specially for the stock market. Everyone will have different wishes in 2009.Like many others, I have some wishes still. My little son,ryan,will tow years old . the 18,Oct.I wish that ryan will so happy every day,so health every day.For my other family,I wish the same. For myself,I don't want to wish.I need a total plan. I need to improve the standard of English .I have to write more than 50 blogs in English.And that's why I write this blog in English. And I must pass two exams at least.Which fileds are the exams? Secret-:) For my new job,I want finish three steps.First ,enhance the data protection faculty of production databases.Second,boost the performance of production databases,Third,let the databases more flexibility and more economical.Actually,There are some giant challenges for our team. For example,online database upgrade,production databases high availability and etc.Above all,we need minimal stop service time or never stop,minimal risks or no risks. -:( I do not want make to many targets that I have to achieve.I really want to remain more time for my cute son,for my family.-:) --------- BTW: I'll appreciate it if you can correct my mistakes.
