Description

This bug is only relevant when using Real Application Clusters (RAC)
Under certain circumstances in RAC an internal lock chain may 
get corrupted resulting in a variety of symptoms including 
ORA-600 [kclnloc_1], ORA-600 [kclnrembg] and/or 
dumps in/under kclnloc and kclnrembg.
