Hello,

we use Visual Studio Professional 2017 15.5.7 with Team Foundation Service.
Recently, we finded out, that at least in one instance of Visual Studio, is not included in a local project the latest release to the server after Get Latest. We deleted project file and downloaded server project, but I'm curious about the cause, in order to prevent such issues in the future.

Someone has an idea?
