I am trying to set up SendGrid in Azure and am following this tutorial:

However, when I log-in to Azure, I do not see Click Add-ons and then SendGrid Email Delivery.

Where are they, please?

You're correct. I don't see it either. In the "Search the Market place bar" type "Sendgrid" and hit [Enter]. It should show up.
