The unixODBC driver is already installed in the Linux image we use to run Functions, but there was an issue in the core-tools that should be fixed as of today. Please try updating to the latest core-tools and feel free to circle back if you continue seeing issues. Here is the link for the context on the issue: ODBC + core tools.
