i have vb6 app and i have installed it on windows server 2008 r2 64 bit.

but it gives me,

339 - Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or is invalid

i copied ocx in system32 as well as syswow64 folders. but can't register it. still giving me this error
