I downloaded Visual Studio Community 2017, and I can't seem to open the Android Emulator Manager. Neither the icon towards the top of the page or the button in the "Tool" tab are working. No error message whatsoever. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Please help :(

Please check it if you have installed Java Development Kit and set path on Tools->optional->Xamarin->android setting

You can install it by installing Mobile development with .NET workload in visual studio installer.

If you have installed it, check it in task manager when you open android emulator manager. You can also open android SDK manager firstly and then click on Tools->Manager AVDs...
