That depends on how to built the PDF. IF the text you're talking about is actually a string of text you wrote to the PDF as a string, it should work OK, unless the font you're using is a raster font (which is uncommon).

If you have text in an image and you put the image in the PDF, the text is going to blur because it's not text. It's an image and you're zooming in on a image that isn't of high enough resolution to look good while zoomed in.
