You can use TFS integration platform tool to migrate/move the project from one team project collection to another team project collection.

请关注以下步骤：

1。安装Team Foundation服务器集成工具。

1. Install Team foundation server integration tool.

2。以管理员身份运行集成工具。

2. run the integration tool as administrator.

3。选择创建新会话。

3. select create new session.

4。然后选择团队基础服务器。

4. then select team foundation server.

5。并双击版本控制选项 

5. and double click on version control option 

6。提供来源和目的地详细信息 

6. provide the source and destination details 

左侧是来源，右侧是目的地，然后点击保存到数据库并开始迁移。

left side is source and right side is destination  and click on save to database and  start the migration.

注意：您需要在目标中创建一个包含项目名称的新文件夹，并在迁移/移动期间配置目标服务器服务器/路径详细信息时选择。

NOTE: you need to create a new folder with project name in destination and select  while you configure the destination server server/path details during migration/moving.
