My network card does not seem to be working with a Micros3700 Restaurant POS system.  I purchased a Cable Matters 2.0 USB to Fast Ethernet adapter but I can not get it to work.  Is this adapter compatible with Windows CE?

These types of issues need to be resolved with the OEM who provides the hardware to you.  In general, consumer electronics USB devices do not have Windows CE device drivers which makes them difficult to use with Windows CE. 

Generally your hardware selection is determined by whoever actually makes a device with Windows CE drivers (and usually even if you purchase a consumer device that has a Windows CE driver, actually getting said driver can be tricky -- this is where your OEM comes in.  He should be able to recommend an appropriate device and provide the driver.  He will have an easier time getting Windows CE drivers than you will).
