只是为了缩小我的问题，我想说Visual Studio不想只为c ++创建一个项目.我已经测试过C#和Visual Basic，它们可以正常工作.

just to narrow my question i want to say that visual studio does no want to create a project only for c++.  I have tested C# and Visual Basic and they work fine.
