What to doe. Bullgaurd help cpouldn't solve teh problem.

Welcome to the MSDN forum.

I suspect the redistributable package is having issues installing. Try to install the Visual C++ Redistributable package you are missing directly from Microsoft official page  https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

After you install VC++ manually, the error still persists, since our forum discuss about Visual Studio IDE issue, that a product from Microsoft is not relevant to BullGuard. So I recommend you redirect to BullGurad forum, there you can choose one of the BullGuard zone, Virus information, Virus Removal and General Security forum to start a new thread for a better support.
