Hello Experts,

I have below column structure in access 2013 table. 
I have to maintain only 6 Data columns(Data followed by a number) in access 2013  data. Starting every month I need to remove first "Data" column, for instance, this month if I run the query it should delete "Data1" column next month "Data2" so on and so forth. 
I will run another query to insert the next set of Data Column, for example, Data7 from another table once the first data column is deleted.

Table structure : 

ServerName

Description

Data1

Data2

Data3

Data4

Data5

Data6

Urgent help on how to do this is appreciated.
