Hello All, 

I am using Visual Studio 2017 community version. I am trying to publish my web site . But its not working . I cant choose anything when I try to create new Publish Profile.. Loading Loading and Loading . Now when I click to publish, I cant do anything. There is no chance to choose another profile ..How can i fix this issue?

BTW, I found a document that maybe helpful for you, click the Publish button on the Pick a publish target page can create a new profile.
