我使用的是ubuntu16.04，我忘了添加sudo命令befor那是我的安装到最新版本时出现问题。

I was using ubuntu16.04 and i forgot to add the sudo command befor that was my issue while installing to latest one.

sudo npm install -g ionic@latest
sudo npm install @ionic/app-scripts@latest

现在一切正常
