Hi All

Apologies if posting in the wrong forum group, but cannot find one relating directly to Delve.

I am currently looking at getting contact information into profiles within Delve. Currently not having a lot of luck and have done some research on the web and information seems to be inconsistent at the best, although I know that Office 365 is constantly evolving so this could be why.

So I have a few questions...

1 - Is it possible to get the following fields on the Profile Page:

• Mobile Phone Number;
• Home Phone Number;
• Office Location.

Currently on my profile page I have:

• Email;
• Skype IM;
• Telephone Number;
• OneDrive files share with me.

2 - Looking at the note on various sites, it seems for the above fields that you need to enable them for synchronization from the on premise domain controller. Does that mean that if this is done, then the fields above will be populated with information from Active Directory?

I look forwards to any responses?

Delve uses information from User Profiles. SharePoint Online receives profile information from the Office 365 directory service during regularly scheduled one-way synchronization—which should occur at least every 24 hours.

When your organization signs up and deploys Office 365, user accounts will either be:

• Manually created and added to the Office 365 directory service, or
• Synched with an on-premises Active Directory.

Delve profile page will not show the properties if there's no data in the properties(mobile phone, home phone, work location) in his or her SharePoint Online user profile. View and edit the profile.

If you want to show more properties on the Delve profile page, make sure the properties with Default Privacy Setting: Everyone, and Show in the profile properties section of the user’s profile page and Show on the Edit Details page.

Admin Centers > SharePoint > User Profiles > Manage User Properties.
